It’s now even easier to visit the bustling city of Inverness and take the short drive into the scenic Scottish Countryside - Loganair are putting on a new flight from Inverness Dalcross to Manchester Airport.
To celebrate and publicise the launch they invited some guests, including staff from Travel Trade and journalists from the Manchester area, to a day out around Loch Ness. The day was hosted by Helen Dolce-Lund (regional sales manager for Loganair) and Seb Thompson (press office manager for Manchester Airport) and started with a fabulous lunch at our very own Loch Ness Lodge & Spa. During the course of the meal, the guests were entertained by Adam Dwyer and Willie Cameron (Mr. Loch Ness himself) who shared stories of the mysterious Loch Ness monster and the various personalities they have dealt with around the Highland area.
The weather couldn’t have been more beautiful to highlight the stunning scenery as, after lunch, the guests sailed to Urquhart Castle on a Loch Ness by Jacobite cruise. To top of the perfect day, in the evening they were treated to a Burns Supper at Drumossie Hotel with the fantastic Fiona Kennedy.
